Data in the Cortex platform will be updated regularly from the information in your EHR and HR software.

Throughout the implementation process (and after) you and your team will receive personalized assistance and training sessions from a Cortex Implementation Manager to ensure your team has the knowledge and skill to utilize Cortex to make the biggest impact. Once you are actively utilizing Cortex, you can chat with a live support agent to answer any product questions. Additional training is available when a new employee joins your team, a refresher course is needed, or a new product is purchased. Our goal is to prepare your team to integrate and utilize Cortex in their day to day activities to better meet your goals.
